1. Why should I work with you as my agent?
I truly love what I do, and I think that shows in how I care for my clients. I’m hands-on, honest, and fully invested in each relationship. I don’t disappear once we’re under contract. I stay involved, communicate often, and advocate for you every step of the way so you feel confident and supported throughout the process.
2. How will you communicate with me?
Clear and consistent communication is a priority for me. I check in regularly, respond quickly, and explain things in a way that makes sense...no jargon, no guessing. You’ll always know what’s happening and what the next step is.
3. How do you help buyers find the right home?
I start by listening. I want to understand your lifestyle, goals, budget, and must-haves. From there, I help narrow options, watch the market closely, and guide you toward homes that truly make sense for you both now and long-term.
4. How do you handle negotiations?
I’m calm, strategic, and always focused on protecting your best interests. I explain the options clearly, give honest guidance, and negotiate with confidence, whether that means price, repairs, timelines, or terms. My goal is to help you make smart decisions without pressure.
5. Will you be honest with me, even if it’s not what I want to hear?
Always. My clients trust me because I’m upfront and transparent. If a home is overpriced, has red flags, or doesn’t align with your goals, I’ll tell you. I’m here to guide you, not just say yes.
6. How involved are you once we’re under contract?
Very involved. I stay on top of inspections, deadlines, appraisals, communication with the lender and attorney, and any issues that come up. I don’t hand things off and disappear...I’m with you all the way through closing.
7. What if we don’t find a home right away?
That’s okay. I’m patient and committed to the process. I don’t rush my clients or pressure them into a decision. The right home is worth waiting for, and I’m here for the long haul.
8. How do you help first-time buyers feel comfortable?
I explain everything step by step and make sure you understand the process before we move forward. No question is too small. I want you to feel informed, confident, and excited!
9. What do your past clients say about working with you?
They often say I’m responsive, trustworthy, and genuinely care about them. Many of my clients come from referrals, and that means everything to me!
